Product: Sprocket 200
Operating System: iOS

When I’m trying to print from the app to my sprocket it finds it no bother my Bluetooth is connected and then as I send a picture to print it says my device is old and won’t print???? Can anyone help with what to do!

If you have already performed the steps from the document Sprocket Does Not Connect or Print and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.

 

Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.
