I have the exact same problem, colours are washed out, with slightly pinkish hue at the edges of objects and white lines across the photos. Uses brand new hp zink paper that comes with the Hp Sprokcet unit, printer is not hot and everything is in perfect condition except the result that comes out from the sprocket. So disappointing! Any solution for now? Updated firmware to 1.1.5 yet the problem still persists.

I am having the same issue. I just got it as a gift. The photos paper I use are genuine zink packs. The firmware is updated and everything. All the photos are washed out or turning yellow and I am using high doing. I do graphics. So what's up HP. Are you guys going to fix this. I was going to get sprocket plus. But I got it as a gift. I am thankful that I did not buy the plus if this is the issue.
