I just bought a Sprocket 2-in-1 and after setting up the app and printing a picture, I got an on-screen message that a firmware update was available. I downloaded the update and installed it following the on-screen instructions. The instructions said that upon completion, the sprocket would shut itself off. After waiting several hours, the sprocket was still on and I couldn't get it to shut off with the power button. I reset the printer and now it won't turn on in either the camera or printer mode. When I plug the charger cable in, nothing happens. I have tried several different power supplies and the USB port on my computer. I get no LED indicator and the printer won't turn on. Any help will be appreciated..
