I am trying to print on my sprocket 200, the blue sheet comes out fine but the next white one gets stuck and doesn't print anything. I get the paper jam notification popping up on the app. I have tried taking out the paper and switching the printer on and off, I have tried holding down the power button, I have tried resetting the printer using the reset button but nothing has worked. What now???

Hi @Cee94,
Welcome to The HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
I understand your HP Sprocket 200 continues to experience paper jams despite your troubleshooting efforts, here are a few additional steps you can try to resolve the issue:
1. Check the Paper Quality and Quantity
- Ensure that you are using genuine HP ZINK photo paper.
- Do not load more than 10 sheets of photo paper and one blue Smartsheet at a time.
2. Clean the Paper Path
- Remove any dust, debris, or particles that might be obstructing the paper path.
- Use a clean, dry, lint-free cloth to gently clean the paper path.
3. Inspect the Rollers
- Check the rollers inside the Sprocket for any signs of damage or debris.
- Gently clean the rollers with a slightly damp cloth and ensure they are free from any obstructions.
4. Reload the Paper Correctly
- Remove the paper and the blue Smartsheet.
- Reload the paper with the blue Smartsheet at the bottom of the stack, barcode facing down.
5. Update Firmware Update the firmware on an HP printer
- Ensure your Sprocket has the latest firmware installed. You can update the firmware through the HP Sprocket app.
- Open the HP Sprocket app.
- Go to the "Main Menu" and tap on "Sprocket".
- Tap "Printers", then select your Sprocket from the list.
- Tap "Printer Settings", then "Firmware Update". Follow the on-screen instructions to update.
6. Reset the Sprocket Again
- If you haven't done a full reset, perform it by using a paperclip to press and hold the reset button until the printer turns off and then back on.

Hi there @gaya1239
Thank you for the response.
I have tried the following but it has not helped.
I am not using more than 10 sheets of HP Zink paper.
I cleaned the rollers and paper path as best I could.
I reset the printer.
There is no update available so I assume the printer is using the latest firmware available.
I notice that the blue card comes out fine but even though I haven't set anything to print, a white sheet starts coming out blank and gets stuck at the same place every time, even when I shuffle around the paper, what else can I try?
