Does the sprocket app work offline? If I do not have internet access after downloading the app will I be able to print photos?

You should be fine.  It should find photos on your phone or tablet and print them.  However, if you have the Facebook connection to the Sprocket app, it might not allow you to print those photos.  But those stored locally should print fine.  Try it and see.
