Hello,

I’m experiencing a serious issue with my HP Sprocket Photobooth and wanted to ask if others are having the same problem..? For the past several days, custom frames are no longer being received by the device. The feature worked once about two weeks ago, but since then it has completely stopped functioning.

Here’s what I have already tried:

- Fully reset the device three times

- Created a completely new account

- Reinstalled and reconfigured everything from scratch

 

Unfortunately, none of these steps solved the issue..

Uploading frames to the website works without any problems, and I also receive the confirmation email. However, the photobooth system itself does not receive or sync the frames.

I’ve also seen reports from other users describing similar problems, which makes me wonder if this could be a broader system or server-related issue?! I purchased this device specifically for the custom frame functionality, so it’s very frustrating that this core feature is currently not working properly..

 

Has anyone found a solution or received any feedback from support?
