HP Recommended

I have tried multiple times from multiple devices to update the firmware on my Sprocket Studio Plus. I get a message that the firmware is downloading but then get a popup saying "Firmware could not be installed because your printer disconnected from the application. Please reconnect and try again."

 

I have "tried again" many times from a Samsung cellphone and an iPad and I get the same results - no firmware update. I am currently at firmware version 0.0.97.

 

Any suggestions?
