HP Recommended

I cant get my HP sprocket printer to work with my new iphone pro 15. I tried everything and also the HP community doesn't recognize the serial number I put in. I've been trying to figure this out for two hours now. The printer is connected on my blue tooth to my phone its just the stupid app that cant read it. Dont make products where you NEED the app, if the app is not compatible with other technology.
