Product: HP Sprocket Studio

Brand new. Have tried inserting two different print cartridges.  Both times the film has torn and the cartridge is unusable. I don't want to waste money on another cartridge. Anyone have this problem and how did you  solve it?

Please try step# 4 from here. 

 

If you have tried the same steps, I'd suggest you Contact HP in your region regarding this.
