hp sprocket 200

Hello,

I am having this same issue. My Sprocket will not turn on. I have charged it for a full day. The light on the back blinks red during charging. The unit will not turn on and the LED light on the front never lights up. I have tried all of the instructions to reset it using the inside reset button, etc. I have only used the printer a few times and it has been several months since using it last, but now it will not work. Can you please send me service options? Thank you.

The support for HP Sprocket products is changing, see the post here.  Most likely you will need a battery replacement.

I suggest you contact the (new) Sprocket support as shown in the post I linked above. It is likely that you will need a replacement battery.
