Product: Sprocket
Operating System: iOS

I have an iPhone XI and the sprocket app keeps crashing every time I click on a photo the app crashes. I have deleted the app, made sure the iPhone is up to date & then reinstalled but still keeps crashing

I appreciate your efforts in trying to resolve this issue by performing the necessary troubleshooting steps.

 

Have you tried installing the Sprocket app on any other mobile device to check if it works?

By this, we can isolate the issue.
