Hi.. I just bought my Sprocket yesterday and am trying to connect it to my iPhone 11. While it is connected on Bluetooth, the app says it can’t find any Sprockets...
I have also tried with my iPad and have the same issue.
Have tried resetting / deleting app / reconnecting etc but it does not work. I can not update firmware through the app because it has not found the device.
Same issue but mine can find the printer after deleting and installing app several times. However the app immediately crashes after I select my printer.
