HP Recommended

I have a HP sprocket and everytime I load a new paper pack, and load the blue sheet first (bottom of stack, barcode facing down), it doesn’t print. If I take it off it does print but I’m noticing the photo quality is getting really bad. I tried resetting, the firmware is up to date too.
