I have only used my hp sprocket 2-in-1 one time before and I was going to use it for my guest book at my wedding but it wouldn’t print and kept flashing red saying the cover was open and it wasn’t. I wasn’t able to do the guest book at my wedding so I took it home and tried to reset it and it didn’t work. I checked for updates and there were none. I don’t know what else to do and I would really like to be able to print the pictures.

Hello! I would be happy to help you out, although I guess that you have tried the same solution as I suggest. I have a Sprocket plus myself, and it is a great little product. I have experienced something like you describe, and I solved the case this way: I switched off the sprocket, switched off my mobile device. After a few minutes I switched on my mobile device, then my sprocket. Checked the settings, and bluetooth. I found my Sprocket in the list, but not connected. I tapped my Sprocket in the bluetooth list, and after a short while, status chenged to "Conneted". Since then, we have worked pretty well together.
Good luck!
