it worked perfectly the day before and now it won’t even blink like it does right before it prints. The ink cartridge has been replaced and still nothing.

Hi @Twin1313,

Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Thanks for reaching out about your query regarding Non-Responsive HP Sprocket Printer!

We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.

Try these steps:

Check Power Source:

  • Ensure your Sprocket is charged. Connect it to a power source using the original charging cable and allow it to charge for at least 30 minutes.

Verify Bluetooth Connection:

  • Ensure your mobile device's Bluetooth is turned on and connected to the Sprocket. Restart the Bluetooth connection if necessary.

Restart the Printer:

  • Turn off the Sprocket printer, wait a few seconds, and then turn it back on.

Check for Paper Jam:

  • Open the paper tray and ensure the photo paper is properly loaded. Remove any paper that might be jammed.

Update the Sprocket Firmware:

  • Use the HP Sprocket app to check for firmware updates. Ensure your printer is connected to your phone and open the app, navigate to settings, and check for updates.

Reset the Printer:

  • Reset the Sprocket by inserting a pin or a paperclip into the reset hole. This will restart the printer and may resolve any temporary issues.

Replace or Re-insert the Ink Cartridge:

  • Even though you've recently replaced it, remove and reinsert the ink cartridge. Make sure it's seated properly.

Inspect for Physical Damage:

  • Check the printer for any signs of physical damage or loose components.

Use Different Photo Paper:

  • Ensure you are using the correct HP Sprocket photo paper and try a fresh pack, as incompatible or damaged paper can cause issues.

I hope this helps.
