Operating System: iOS

Glitches (connection loss, adds several print jobs to printer queue and etc...) on  10.x < iOS < 11.2 and doesn't work as expected with iOS 11.2  - iPhone 7.

 

  • LED blinks white upon photo sending or firmware upgrade operation.

Yes it has full charge, reset and with papper (works on Adnroid 5)

 

  • Harware version: 5
  • Firmware version: tried 1.1.3 and 1.1.5 (updated via Android)

 

Problem seems to be known (there is a tread where Support Agent mentions this).

However, not yet officially confirmed by HP and no fix estimation.

 

More and more people will update their phone operating system and get into such problem when device is not functional...  Can we get any information regarding the issue on the forum instead of standard template ('restart', 'charge', 'change papper', 'reset', 'dance with a tambourine', did you try to 'turn on and off' and etc...) or a private silence and|or investigation? 

 

People bought it for a reason and expect it to function as promised, after all.
