My sprocket prints everything with a purple-ish hue. I’ve tried:

• resetting my sprocket

• updating the firmware

• cleaning the rollers with the blue card

I followed the advice on the help page on the website and nothing is helping. I don’t know what to do next. I rarely use my sprocket, so I’ll be surprised if it’s ‘overuse’ or simply at the end of it’s life, per se.
