HP Sprocket 100

I recently just upgraded to the IPhone pro max and now my sprocket will not connect. I’ve gone through the steps of forgetting it in my Bluetooth settings, resetting both phone and printer, everything outlined but it will not pair. It shows the sprocket but when it tries to pair it just says oops something went wrong. I can’t connect it to any devices to update firmware either. How can I fix this so I’m able to use my printer? Can I connect to a computer and manually update firmware or do I just bite the bullet and accept that I can’t use my printer because it’s no longer comparable with any new iOS devices?

@Kgunderson, Welcome to HP Support Community!

If you have already performed the steps from the document HP Sprocket Printers - Sprocket Does Not Connect or Print and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.

Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.

Hope this helps!
