Ever since I purchased my HP Sprocket 200 Printer from Amazon in Sept 2024 I have been very disappointed in the photo quality. All of the images print with a pink hue, even after reviewing similar posts on this topic and spending a lot of time troubleshooting (there is no firmware update available as I'm up to date already, I have re-ran the blue control card for QC, have tried a new package of photo paper, and have tried editing photos in the HP Sprocket App). Additionally, the charging cable I received with my Sprocket has never worked, so I use a cable that I have from a non-related product to charge my Sprocket. Very disappointing, please advise - thank you!
