Exact same issue. It's got to be a software issue. Here's another thing I found out. It won't print saved photos but if you take a picture using the sprocket app, it works. Or at least it suddenly worked for me that way. VERY frustrating experience. Please update the app or let us select an older version HP!

I am having the same issue and tried deleting app, reconnecting printer, reconnecting Bluetooth, reinstalling printer . Nothing has worked. Did anyone find a solution?

Same issue/question. Every listed troubleshooting step was attempted, including (not listed) installing the app on a completely different phone that never had the app installed. Also, it failed after 4 years. Some images print (40%), and the other 60% simply never reach the Printer queue. I even tried different image sizes, but it did not make a difference.

I followed all of these steps and still did not achieve any fix to the print queue.  I did read another thread and was able to prove that if i took the picture using the sprocket app, the picture would print.  The problem seems to be only when trying to print from the camera roll

I have the same problem.

I installed the HP Sprocket app update today 8/19/2025. The first print attempt worked, but the second failed. A third print attempt worked - so maybe the app update helps a little? I've not been able to successfully print twice in a row since before June 2025.

I installed HP Sprocket App version 2.80.41 (6) today and it now seems to work!

Finally the Sprocket printer is usable!
