iOS

Hello, I purchased the sprocket studio plus for my parents. I was setting it up for them and was able to connect to WiFi and print successfully from my iPhone 12plus. I have tried to connect my mother‘s iPhone 13 and father’s iPhone 13. Both of them say they are unable to connect to the same WiFi that I was able to connect to. Why was I able to connect my phone to the WiFi and print successfully, but I’m unable to connect theirs?
