I have used my sprocket multiple times. But now I cant get it to turn on. I've tried charging it for a long period of time. I've even tried multiple chargers. I also tried resetting. But the light is not even coming on for charging.

Hi @Adreanab,
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
If your HP Sprocket 200 won't turn on despite your troubleshooting efforts, here are some additional steps to try.
Inspect the Charging Port
- Check if there is any dust, lint, or debris inside the charging port that might prevent proper charging. Use a soft brush or compressed air to clean it gently.
Use a Different Cable and Adapter
- Even though you've tried multiple chargers, ensure you are using a high-quality cable and adapter that meet the Sprocket's power requirements (5V, 2A recommended).
Perform a Hard Reset
- Hold down the Power Button for about 10-20 seconds. Sometimes, a hard reset can help reset the internal components.
Try a Different Power Source
- Plug the charger into a different wall outlet or USB port to rule out power source issues.
Check for Overheating
- If the device feels warm, allow it to cool completely before attempting to charge or turn it on again.
Inspect for Physical Damage
- Look for any visible damage to the device, such as dents or cracks, which could indicate internal damage.
Battery Issue
- If the Sprocket has been unused for an extended period, the battery may have discharged completely. Sometimes, leaving it plugged in for several hours (up to 😎 can help revive a deeply discharged battery.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
