Product: HP Sprocket 200
Operating System: Android 8.0 Oreo and older

Hi,

I just finished upgrading my Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 to the Android 4.4.4 operating system, and when I tried to download the app for the HP Sprocket 200 it said my device wasn't compatible.  It clearly states in the hp specs that it's compatible with android 4.4, so can anyone out there tell me what's up?  Thanks in advance for any and all pertinent responses.

Welcome to HP support community.

 

Update your mobile OS.

  1. Make sure your device is connected to Wi-Fi.
  2. Open Settings.
  3. Select About Phone.
  4. Tap Check for Updates. If an update is available, an Update button will appear. Tap it.
  5. Install. Depending on the OS, you'll see Install Now, Reboot and install, or Install System Software. Tap it.

Then install the HP Sprocket app again
