Product: Sprocket 200
Operating System: Android 9.0 Pie

I have had my sprocket for over a year now, due to personal reasons im only just being able to contact, it printed the first time when i had an iphone but then was never able to connect again and could find the sprocket via bluetooth, i have since got a new phone a samsung s10 due to upgrade and this can still not locate the sprocket, nothing comes up on the search it just says unable to find any printers and i have tried everything advised as in resetting it multiple times and also deleting the app. Please help!!

Welcome to the HP Support Community. I understand you are not able to connect the sprocket to the phone. I'd be happy to assist you.
