Product: The brand new Sprocket Plus
Operating System: iOS
Just got my NEW sprocket plus. Was so excited to be able to use it for a family Xmas party on Saturday but sadly it’s won’t print or update the firmware. Keeps blinking like it’s doing something but it’s not. After reading everyone else having the SAME issue, it’s clearly not compatible. Why release any new products if you haven’t updated your app?!?!!! I should’ve known when the thanksgiving stickers are still there. They haven’t updated the app to Christmas stickers and here we are already at December 7 smh

From all I’ve read, it would appear that the app is not compatible with IOS 11.2 until HP updates it
