Android 9.0 Pie

Just got my printer today. But printer have very bad streaking,  from the very first picture that was printed. Tried Resetting, updating firmware, zink paper is original from printer bundle. Tried 3 pictures all came out with very bad streaking. It's like one line is printed while the other line is not printed. Turn off reveal, also no help. There's also a white border on top of every picture that I'd printed. Could be a hardware issue. I can I have an exchange or refund?

And the issue still persists, this could be a hardware issue.

I request you to talk to HP support.

They might have multiple options to help you with this.

  1. Click on this link - https://support.hp.com/us-en/contact-hp?openCLC=true
  2. Select the country.
  3. Enter the serial of your device.
  4. Select the country from the drop-down.
  5. Click on "Show Options".
  6. Fill the web-form. A case number and phone number will now populate for you.
