Welcome to the HP Support Community. This is a great place to get support, find answers and tips to your technical queries. I have reviewed your post and I understand, you are trying to close the "Viewfinder" on your HP Sprocket 2-in-1.
Don’t worry, I’m here to help!
Let's try these steps -
1. Close the Viewfinder by pressing it towards the indentation until it latches into place.
2. Use the sprocket app to decorate and print photos from your mobile camera photo gallery and social sources.
