Viewfinder not going down

We just received the 2-in-1 sprocket today.  The viewfinder finally opened but won’t close now.  Any suggestions on getting it to close?

1. Close the Viewfinder by pressing it towards the indentation until it latches into place.

2. Use the sprocket app to decorate and print photos from your mobile camera photo gallery and social sources.
