@Mcsuma

Welcome to HP Forums 🙂

This is a great place to get support, find answers and tips 🙂

Thank you for posting your query, I'll be more than glad to help you out 🙂

As I understand, print out would come in White color,

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, however, to provide an accurate resolution, I need a few more details:

Were there any hardware/software changes?

Does this happen when the printer battery is low?

Have you tried upgrading printer firmware?

Let's try these steps to resolve the issue. Click the link to follow steps: https://hp.care/2kmkW86.

Step 1: Use genuine HP Sprocket Photo Paper

Step 2: Charge the printer

Step 3: Upgrade the printer firmware

Step 4: Clean the output rollers

Step 5: Other things to try

Keep me posted,

For I shall follow-up on this case to ensure the concern has been addressed,

And your device is up and running again,

Have a great day 🙂

Cheers 🙂
