Product: HP Sprocket Photo Printer
Operating System: iOS

Hi, 

 

My friend gifted me a sprocket 100. It's brand new but not under warranty. When i print a photo as you see attached picture there is a White line top of the paper. I tried to reset, calibrate again and again also firmware update etc all answers in the forum. But it still has a same issue. Could you please help me?
