Hi, i have the same issue and tried all suggestions (Step 1 Use genuine HP ZINK photo paper, Step 2 Upgrade the Sprocket firmware, Step 3 Clean the Sprocket paper path rollers , Step 4 Reset the printer), and it still does not work. Is there a solution for this?
Thank you

Welcome to the HP Support Community
Appreciate all your efforts.
Reset the printer with a straight pin to clear any errors.
Turn on the printer.
Locate the Reset button near the charging port.
Gently insert the straight pin into the reset button access point, and then press the Reset button for 3 seconds.
The printer resets and turns off.
Turn on the printer.
If the issue persists.
I would personally suggest you contact our HP Support for one on one interaction.
