After a year of having the HP sprocket, the app suddenly stopped working. To clarify, the sprocket itself works just fine, it's the app that doesn't work anymore. It keeps telling me that there is a server issue. And after installing and reinstalling the app, it keeps telling me the same thing. I can't even get into the app into the main menu because it will not let me make it past the loading screen. Please help as I have tried everything I can think of. More context: sprocket is one year old, I have an iPhone 11, the app doesn't work, not nescasairly the product itself.
