i have the same issue. it seems the sprocket app is not finding the print when searching by bluetooth. the printer is connected to my phone by bluetooth and if i go to my photos i can print to sprocket from there so obviously the app is broken. it used to work but will no long find the connected printer. it comes up with z part to click if not finding but it does not list any products to select from the empty blank list. very disappointing hp.  please advise of fix of the sprocket app. my sprocket is on my dashboard so you can see my serial number and model there.

I've got the same problem. I've done all the things from the steps. I've deleted it from a former phone. And it still won't connect in the app. I'm able to connect in bluetooth, but in the app it just keep saying searching.
What now? Did all the steps and it still won't work.

If you have already performed the steps from the document HP Sprocket Printers - Sprocket Does Not Connect or Print and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.

 

Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.

hi no reply from HP (very disappointing) but i did work out that ignore the sprocket app which is obviously broken and go directly to the photos on your device and select print and sprocket comes up i. the list so you can print to it that way.

Hi I am having the same connection issue with my hp sprocket printer it will not connect to my device and i have forgotten device like it told me and have already followed the steps given and it still will not connect to the app.
