I am using iPhone7 with IOS11.0.2.
I found that my iPhone will hang on the next day after I used the sprocket apps. That’s really headache because I have to force reboot the iPhone.
Please advise what should I do for this.

I understand that you are facing issues with your HP Sprocket Photo Printer wherein the iPhone freezes when you use the HP Sprocket App.

 

Let's go through a few steps that may help to fix this issue.

 

I suggest that you follow the steps listed below to upgrade the firmware:

  1. Make sure the printer is charged 50% or more.

  2. Make sure the printer is on and your mobile device is connected to the Internet.

  3. On your mobile device, open the HP Sprocket app.

  4. Tap the Menu icon , and then tap sprocket.

  5. Tap Printers, and then tap your printer in the list.

    The printer information screen displays.

  6. Look for a firmware upgrade.

    • If a firmware upgrade displays, tap Get Firmware Upgrade and then follow the on-screen prompts to complete the update.

    • If a firmware upgrade option does not display, the printer firmware is up-to-date.

Select the country where you are located and type the product# or the serial number of the unit and then choose the 'Contact Support' tab at the top and scroll down to the bottom of the 'HP Support- Contact' page to fill out the form provided with your contact information. Click on 'Show Options' icon and then scroll down the page and select 'Get Phone Number' to get the phone number.

I don’t have time to call to customer service because it only works in weekday when I am working as well. From that time until now, it still happened until my IOS is updated to 11.1.2. Just hope this problem won’t be happened again.
Besides, I feel that the colour of iPhone setting apps icon would become a bit dark before the problem happened. So when you find the apps icon become dark, just click inside. Maybe the problem would be solved by this.
