Sprocket

Ok, every time I try to print something from my sprocket, there are a bunch of horizontal lines showing up. I have printed at least 5 things where this problem occurs and I was wondering whether there was any way I could fix it.

Heres what I've tried...
- Restarting my sprocket
- Putting in the blue paper
- Charging it
- Letting it cool down
- Using genuine Zink HP paper
- Storing paper in a cool dry place
- Checking firmware (there was no update available)

If there is anything else I can do to fix it please help. I haven't had it for long and I would love it fixed so I can start using it again.

ONE MORE THING. In the app, it says its 100% charged but the battery light is still red. Does that mean something?

Thanks!!
