I understand that the camera is not working.

 

I understand your concerns.

 

This model is not tested for Windows 10 operating system. Please refer to the following link.

 

There are no drivers for the windows 10 operating system.

 

You have to look for third-party drivers. Or you have to roll back to windows the previous version.
