I want disable Fn function in my PC. But i can't fint manual for it. i tried looking in bios. but there is no tutorial like it.
I use HP TPC-C003K Keyboad

No you can't, the option is not in BIOS and because it is an external keyboard you have to re-assign keys depending on which software/game do you use.
For example: software A use f3 hey to shoot but software B my use f3 to run quicker.
Hope this makes sense.

unfortunately the only possible solutions currently are software, or hardware replacement
There is a solution, but that is to block the key, and you may break the keyboard
Unfortunately either this is not suitable or user feedback
