Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello everyone, 

 

I ran into a drive failure and need to know how to retrieve the serial number and window's key number to provide to HP in order to get a PC recovery USB. I do need to order a new drive and will appreciate it if you can help me find the right one ( I haven't opened the PC yet to find the exact name on the product and want to wait on this step)

 

Will appreciate your help.

You can find the information underneath the base of the unit. Please flip the column on its back with monitor facing up on a flat surface.
