HP Sprout Pro G2

Whenever I launch Worktools Discover it comes up with a screen saying "Unable to connect to Internet". The internet is connected and everything other than Worktools works fine. Any ideas? It displays this same message when I attempt to launch any of the other Apps (as well Camera, Stage, Show) as well. I just did a complete reset on this PC.

I'm also an owner of a Pro G2. I've not encountered this problem, Worktools is working fine for me. So if your certain your internet is functioning correctly, then I think you can assume it's likely a local issue specific to your hardware/software.

 

You might want to try reinstalling the Worktools suite, which can be found on the HP Website. Or else contact support - they can take awhile to sort issues, but my experience is that they're pretty helpful in the end.

What version is the Discover app? You can check the number in Program and Features.
