I do not know of any phone numbers to contact HP. My understanding is you must contact HP online first to obtain authorization.
How to contact an HP agent:
Sign in to your support page
Select the product you need help with and scroll down to support options.
Select "Contact us". You can change country and language if necessary.
If you are out of warranty, you might consider asking Microsoft's Copilot for advice. Be sure to identify your product, what the problem is, and ask for videos.
There is also HP smart friend but Copilot is not restricted on answering certain questions.
Possibly I or one of the volunteers here can help you. Make a new post and describe your problem.
