Had apps when received, reinstalled system after hard drive format to be safe as second user, installed all the software from hp driver site, updated with latest support assistant, all windows updates done
workspace 1.5.8.2461 platform, shell and 3d capture the same.
Waited three weeks and when clicking on Marketplace states Marketplace needs an active internet connection..
Please, anyone have the answer?

I have contacted hp support and been nearly two weeks with no resolve.
On the verge of stripping it down and building something else as the unit is clearly not fit for purpose.
Yes it has a 3d scan when you can get it to work, Marketplace fails to load any apps and a document scanner the same as any cheap printer can do.
I guess I can learn a lot from this experience when it comes to buying HP products.
DO NOT BOTHER.

I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information such as serial numbers and case details.
