Sprout by HP
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello,

 

We are using the initial version of Sprout by HP from 2015 (Product Number: J4W72AA)

 

I've installed a clean Windows 10 21H2. I've installed all drivers and required software as far as I know. I've also installed ManyCam software for its drivers. 

 

Most of the functionalities are working fine but when I click on the new 3D scan, the error screen saying "Sprout is experiencing technical difficulties" appears. 

 

Is there anyone who can help me to solve this problem?
