Sprout Pro G2
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I've just received a Sprout Pro G2 to do some 3D work and I'm having problems getting it properly updated.

I've even wiped it twice and started over to see if I can resolve the issue but gotten nowhere.

 

I've installed worktools on a fresh Win10 install by using the 2018 ISO from the support site but it says that Control, Capture, and 3D camera apps all need to be updated but it when I click update they download, then try to install and fail, it's clear from the version numbers that they're a bit behind, but I can't find any logs telling me why they failed or how to resolve it, any tips would be most appreciated.

 

Also does anyone know or have a copy of the purple wallpaper on all the images? I can't find it anywhere on the machine or with a google image search.

I can't say for sure how this could have been resolved, but I received my HP Recovery kit for the OS and using it and the products to deploy off of it, everything is now working as expected from a clean build.

What version of the System Software is installed? Can you check if there are any yellow bangs in Device Manager?

No bangs, all the drivers look good, The system software is the recent one that installed when I added it, but I'll get confirmation on the version when I get home tonight.
