Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

A disk read error occurred is displayed on my screen....What can be its causes?

And what's the solution to get rid from it?

There are multiple possible reasons why this issue occurs. To get the issue understood, we would like to have a screenshot of the exact error message you're receiving.

 

Could you also provide me with the exact model of the HP Product? Use this link to find it:  https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c03754824  (Ensure you do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc...).
