HP Elite 1000 G2
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Error page after BIOS update: "Product Information not valid". I cannot even get into the BIOS to boot from a USB device. The pad just contineously restarts and cannot even power it off completely. Also after the Product Information not valid page it gives you the option of pressing ENTER, when doing so it throws up an error after a series of text "FOTA Capsule Update Process Failed". Furthermore its power adapter is plugged in and the battery I'm assuming is fully charged as it was so just before the BIOS update. Any help is appreciated.

Hi,

Sorry to hear that.

I haven't managed to solve it yet but I also did put up a more detailed post couple of weeks ago "https://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/Windows/HP-Elitepad-1000-G2-stuck-in-a-loop-on-restart-after-BIOS/m-p/..." and hoping someone will reply, nothing yet.

If you happen to solve it please let me know, I'll try to do the same at this end. All the best.
