HP Recommended

I bought  a hp laptop elite 6830p and it has a "bitlocker ecryption in it. and I can't delete it,,

It say I have to have administration right.

I am the only one on the user accounts and I'm not the administrater?

How can that be. 

secound ,  how can I go into dos and create an administrator account?
