Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My computer was fine until after a recent update for windows that i tried to install(by choosing restart and update) about two weeks ago, which led to the computer completely denying to finish the update after me leaving it overnight, so i troubleshooted and reset my files, it was ok for a bit but a day after it got so slow... a day ago i try using it but its so slow and eventually it freezes for an hour so i power off manually (which usually makes my computer boot back up really slow) and then im stuck with countless blue screen errors, and eventually down to finding out that the OS cant even be found in the computer...im so upset with windows and hp.. ive been dealing with this for about a week, I need my laptop, someone please help:(
