Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I can't boot to linux nor kaspersky rescue disk, I've tried to do instructions on hp page, but it didn't help.
I've called two times HP support, and I've contacted around 4 times Microsoft Support, no one helped me.

More informations are in those forums, because I don't want to copy that again and again.

If you a certified HP Tech Support, then read this to know how I love your "SUPPORT" 🙂

If you're not I can only say, don't read it if you have bad mood, unless this cringe would make you happy :).

Polish HP supporter told me you don't deal with BIOS things (I'm thinking about changing my device to dell one, they have a lot better and LONGER service for everyone), I called to UK tech support, they told me the same, and referred me to call microsoft number which gave me absolutely nothing apart from website which I could search by myself. Then I contacted Microsoft Tech Support, they referred me to the other microsoft tech support (which has the knowledge about windows), and he told me to contact with hp, even if I did and you DIDN'T HELP ME, because you're the motherboard producent :).

I hope that some of you would help me some day, because for now I wouldn't recommend your products, your support is a joke, your help on the website doesn't fits with my problem, you don't give any further steps... because as you say "It's not the thing which you do".

Oh... I've paid too much money for the product which has no support when it needs to... what for is your tech number ? To tell average user : "Go to the nearest service, they would help you" or "Call microsoft"? This behaviour is childish, and I'm sorry but I've run out of patience due to your pretending that "ALL IS FINE"...

The only thing which would be fun is changing the manufacture, I mean HP ->(change to) DELL for example.

Have a nice day apart of my bad experience with you and strong (but still true words about your company), I hope so that you have a bit honour, and that you want to make your clients happy.

Hello @znaczki65

Like most of the helpers on this forum, I am not an employee of HP, but perhaps I can help a little.

The missing Legacy Mode is not a glitch.

This is how most of the lower end HP consumer tablets that use lower end cpu's like Atom processors are setup like Stream tablets and Pavilion X2's. There is no download to enable it and you're not the first to ask for it.

My tablet is the same way.

With that is also the problem of booting live USB drives as you have found.

There is only one work around that I know of that some have had success with and it might work for you also.

Go to this link and try the fix for an Ubuntu Live USB installer by Kyle B...

The fix is in the first post on page one.  Link.......

If this does not work then sorry, I don't have another answer.

Hope it helps.
