  • I have a Samsung galaxy j7 pro phone. When I try to print a photo, it comes out blank. I'm an older woman trying to do this and can't figure it out. When I saved it as a PDF I still cannot print it. Please someone help! My phone screen shows the app is on. All I get when I try to print is a blank sheet of paper. Thanks!

This is what I found out. I was trying to print from HP e Print, but, that app only allows you to add attachments to mail. I deleted it because I don't need it. Instead, I connected my phone to my lap top and can now share, e mail or print all pictures.
