Product: HP 10 G2
Operating System: Android 5.0 - 5.1.1 Lollipop

Gmail associated with this new tablet cannot be accessed.  Trying to change the gmail assoicated with the tablet and no luck. Cannot download any apps to the tablet as email cannot be used.  Need to change the email to another gmail. Please help!

Hi there!

 

It seems like you are having an issue with the Google account associated with your Android device. If this is the case, Here is a possible solution: https://support.google.com/android/answer/2840815?hl=en

 

This link tells you how to add or remove an account from an Android device. You should be able to remove the account that is not working and add one that is.
